All practice managers can call and speak directly with a Support Office teammate for any of their urgent needs, particularly on matters where there are no tickets available on Zendesk/VSSC. This is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the way we support and connect with our dedicated clinic teams.
The Clinic Support Centre is here to help guide you to the correct process when there is a “roadblock”, and you are not able to find solutions. It does not replace the current processes already set in place by other departments.

Clock version update(12-01)
New version is now on! If you have issue with the html clock, please follow these steps, otherwise, open a ticket with WFM/Gestion des effectifs:
1. Unregister: https://www.dayforcehcm.com/clock/index.html?unregister=true once the tab opens, just close it without writing anything.
2. Register: https://www.dayforcehcm.com/clock/index.html Sign In: *You need to know your timeclock username and password. Open a ticket with WFM/Gestion des effectifs if you do not know this.
3. Bookmark the new timeclock and copy these steps!
Make sure you do that on every computer that uses the clock and that you are using the latest version.
